How To Make

Mix ground meat with one egg, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and five-spice powder. Marinate for over half an hour. While it's marinating, prepare the dough and let it rest for half an hour. During this time, we can prepare the other ingredients.

Soak the black fungus, chop the bitter lettuce, and dice the king oyster mushrooms and onion.

Crumble the tofu.

Combine all the ingredients, add oyster sauce, chicken essence, and sesame oil, and mix well. Taste the seasoning and marinate for a while. By now, the dough should be ready to prepare the pancake wrappers.
