Stir-Fried Pork with Garlic Sprouts
Cooking is a daily comfort for me. Even though it's sometimes frustrating to decide what to make, I genuinely enjoy cooking. My family loves to eat what I prepare. Today, I made a delicious stir-fried pork with garlic sprouts. Don’t let the fattiness of the pork fool you; once cooked, the excess oil will render out.
Materials
Garlic Sprouts | 100g |
Pork Belly | 200g |
Ginger | A little |
Cooking Wine | A little |
Vegetable Oil | 30g |
Salt | 6g |
Sugar | 2g |
Oyster Sauce | 5g |
Light Soy Sauce | 12g |
Dark Soy Sauce | 6g |
How To Make

Steam in cold water for 10 minutes, then rinse in cold water.

Slice and set aside.

Add oil to the pan and sauté the scallions until fragrant.

For those who prefer less fat, fry until golden brown to render out excess oil.

Add the sliced ingredients and stir-fry evenly.

Finally, add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry for one minute. You'll have a delicious dish of stir-fried pork with garlic sprouts!
