Fish Mint and Sausage Fried Rice
Just when I caught a throat inflammation during the pandemic, I thought of a remedy: fish mint, which is great for relieving inflammation. As a Northerner, I'm not used to this herb, but the one I bought this time wasn't too fishy and surprisingly tasted quite good.
