Stir-Fried Pea Shoots

Garlic | 4 cloves |

How To Make

Prepare the garlic cloves and pea shoots.

Trim the roots off the pea shoots.

After picking, soak the pea shoots in clean water for a while, rinse thoroughly, and drain.

Peel and crush the garlic cloves, then chop them finely.

Heat a wok, add cooking oil, and sauté 2/3 of the garlic on low heat until fragrant.

Add the pea shoots to the wok.

Stir-fry on high heat until evenly cooked.

Cook until the pea shoots soften, then season with salt.

Finally, add the remaining 1/3 of the garlic and mix well.
