Stir-fried Fish Mint with Cured Meat
I bought a lot of fish mint for a dinner party at home, and I'm really not in the mood for a cold dish anymore. So, I thought about preparing it with cured meat for a change!
Materials
Fish mint | A small handful |
Light soy sauce | As needed |
Salt | 1 gram |
Chicken essence | As needed |
Cured meat | Half a piece |
Dried chili | Seven to eight pieces |
Garlic | Five to six cloves |
How To Make
-
Cut the fish mint into small sections using your hands or a knife.
-
Prepare the cured meat and slice it as thinly as possible.
-
Slice the garlic; I forgot to take a photo.
-
Chop the dried chili peppers into sections.
-
This is how the sliced cured meat looks; my cutting skills are not the best! 😂
-
Start by frying the cured meat to render some fat.
-
Next, add the chili sections and stir-fry together.
-
Finally, add the fish mint and season with spices.
