Sichuan Sausage with Green Garlic Ready in Ten Minutes
Although I am from Hainan, I absolutely adore Sichuan sausage—so much that I can eat it as a snack on its own. Therefore, during the New Year, I always stock up on plenty of packets in the fridge, frying them up occasionally. My favorite way to prepare it is the classic method: sautéing Sichuan sausage slices with green garlic. The fatty sausage is perfect for pairing with drinks or rice. I buy my sausage from Taobao, and it’s incredibly delicious! Also, since grape seed oil is on sale around here, I’ve been using it for cooking lately; any cooking oil will do.

(Stir-fried sausage from the second day of the New Year) Serve on a plate. The Sichuan sausage is already flavorful, so there's no need to add salt; otherwise, it will be too salty.
