Stir-Fried Chicken Breast with Garlic Sprouts
Materials
Garlic sprouts | a few stalks |
Chicken breast | one piece |
Red chili | 4 pieces |
Garlic cloves | 3 cloves |
Ginger | 3 slices |
Soy sauce | |
Cooking wine | |
Black pepper |
How To Make
-
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and chop the garlic sprouts into sections (I forgot to take a picture of the garlic sprouts).
-
Marinate the chicken breast with half a tablespoon of cooking wine, soy sauce, oil, and ground black pepper (optional) for about 10 minutes.
-
Dice the chili peppers, garlic, and ginger and set aside.
-
In a hot pan without oil, stir-fry the garlic sprouts. I prefer them softer, so I stir-fry them for a bit longer. Since garlic sprouts don't absorb flavor easily, you can add a little salt during this process. Once done, remove them from the pan.
-
Heat the pan again and add the marinated chicken, cooking until it's just done, and then remove it from the pan.
-
Leave some oil in the pan, then add the chopped chili, garlic, and ginger to sauté until fragrant.
-
Add the sautéed garlic sprouts and stir-fry everything evenly.
-
Then, add the chicken back into the pan and mix thoroughly.
-
Add a suitable amount of soy sauce and MSG, and stir-fry briefly before finishing.

Serve on a plate~
