How To Make

Wash the garlic sprouts, drain, and chop them finely for later use.

In a bowl, add 20g of water to the eggs and whisk in one direction until well mixed. Then, add salt, sugar, white pepper, chopped garlic sprouts, and dried shrimp, continuing to mix until everything is well combined.

Heat 15g of oil in a pan until it reaches around 80% heat, then pour in the egg mixture. Stir-fry on high heat until the eggs solidify and are fully cooked.
