Chilled Fish Mint Salad
Longing to go home may just be yearning for the familiar flavors of home. It can soothe the heat and dispel longing.
Materials
Fish mint | 200g |
Sesame oil | 1 tbsp |
Vinegar | 1 tbsp |
Soy sauce | 2 tbsp |
Salt | 2 tbsp |
Chili oil | 2 tbsp |
How To Make

Wash the fish mint thoroughly and break it into small pieces by hand. Add two tablespoons of salt and mix well, then let it marinate for 15 minutes. Rinse again with clean water and let it marinate in salt for another 5 minutes.

While the fish mint is marinating, take one green onion and one coriander, and chop them finely.

Combine all the seasonings with the fish mint, mix well, and serve in a bowl. Enjoy!
