Chongqing Style Cold Fish Mint Salad

Chongqing Style Cold Fish Mint Salad
After the rain, I noticed the little grass in the courtyard had started to sprout. The fish mint I transplanted from elsewhere has also begun to show new leaves. It's the season for foraging wild vegetables, and I love the taste of fish mint 😊. Picking some and mixing it into a dish makes a delicious meal.
