Watercress Pork Wontons

Watercress Pork Wontons
I haven't been back to Shanghai in a long time, and I've been really missing the big wontons😋. So I found some watercress as a substitute, and surprisingly, it turned out to be delicious😍.

Materials

Watercress 1 lb
Pork Belly 2 lbs
Shiitake Mushrooms 5 pieces
Eggs 2
Cooking Wine
Scallions
Dried Shrimp
Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil

How To Make

  1. 1️⃣ Finely chop the meat and mix in some cooking wine, minced ginger, and salt (make sure to add enough—too little will make it bland). Add a pinch of sugar to enhance the flavor, and stir in one direction.
