Stir-fried Watercress
Suitable for general consumption.
Materials
Watercress | 500g |
Chicken Fat | 20g |
Garlic | 5g |
Chicken Powder | 3g |
Salt | 5g |
Sugar | 1g |
Cornstarch | 3g |
How To Make

Wash the watercress and cut it into two sections. Cut the chicken fat into pieces and crush the garlic.

Heat a pan over the fire, add a small amount of oil, and sauté the chicken fat.

Once it turns slightly golden, add the crushed garlic and sauté until fragrant, then toss in the watercress and stir-fry on high heat.

Add 30g of water along with the seasonings, and stir to combine.

Add 5g of peanut oil and then it's ready to serve.
